Electronic load mode:
1. Turn on the power supply 12V to enter the electronic load mode, ensure that it is in the stop state (\"RUN\" does not light up, otherwise press the start-stop switch to turn off the load) to connect the tested power supply test port input power (P+P-), be careful not to connect the wrong polarity!
2. Set the current and voltage lower limit knob, rotate the knob to set the value of the current setting position, then press the knob to change the setting position, the middle two digits to the right of the digital indicator and the digital indicator VA at the same time to determine the current setting position.
3. Press the start/stop switch, the load starts to run, the \"RUN\" lamp lights up, power is applied to the circuit under test, the set discharge current is entered, while the upper part shows the actual input load voltage, when the voltage drops below the set limiting voltage the \"RUN\" LED When the voltage drops below the set limit voltage the \"RUN\" LED flashes and is accompanied by a short beeping alarm.
4. The test program can be modified at any current, if a lower voltage is required to stop the load it can be modified.
Note: When in alarm, only small currents can be transmitted without increasing! The automatic power down function of the tester saves enough to save the set parameters and operating status, when powered up again the status will complete the transmission and restore the data before the power failure.
Battery capacity test mode:
1. Test the battery to be fully charged with a special charger!
2. Power up the tester into battery capacity test mode, connect the battery current line to the P + P - positive and negative terminals, if using the four-wire clamp test, while the four-wire interface connects the positive and negative voltage test fixture to the V + V - port.
3. Turn the knob to set the discharge current and discharge voltage (refer to II:2 instructions for details), set the start-stop switch and then press once, the battery tester and the first line detection, automatic identification of 2-4 lines (2-wire line identification introduction JS-2, 4 identification JS-4, if the error please stop the test and check the wiring), and then enter the test, if a fault code appears, refer to the explanation later.
4. The test process will display the battery voltage, current, current discharge capacity Ah and discharge energy Wh in digital prominently, when the discharge is over (battery voltage is below the set voltage), the tester display data stays at Ah and flashes rapidly, along with the bee shortage buzzer alarm.
5. Press the start-stop knob or switch to stop the alarm, you can turn the knob to view the battery discharge data, including the discharge capacity Ah, Wh and discharge energy platform voltage V. Press the start-stop button again to clear the data back to the initial setting interface and test the next battery again.
Additional information:
1. The battery test process can adjust the discharge current, if you need to readjust the termination voltage, you can pause it by pressing the switch when starting and stopping the discharge modification (pausing the discharge will return to the setting page, at this time the discharge data is not lost, if necessary you can press and hold to clear the data until the start/stop switch 0.000Ah).
2. The tester automatically stores, can record the setting parameters, and records all parameters and status at the end of the test process and test power failure alarm status, all automatically recovered when retransmitted.
Fault protection codes and meanings:
Err1: Ultra-high capacity test battery voltage.
Err2: Battery voltage below the set termination voltage not connected to the battery or the battery is connected backwards.
Err3: Line resistance is too high or the battery cannot withstand the set discharge current.
Err4: Circuit fault.
Err6: Improper working power supply, use a standard 12V supply with a supply current of not less than 0.5A.
otP: Overheat protection.
Ert: temperature sensor fault or too low temperature.
ouP: Ultra high voltage electronic load mode.
oPP: Instantaneous ultra-high power electronic load mode.
Caution:
