Usage:
Voltage calibration
The module has a network voltage compensation function, so you must calibrate the voltage when you install the first machine, and later you do not need to recalibrate it as long as you do not replace the module power transformer. Of course, calibration can be carried out when you feel that the displayed voltage is not correct. Calibration operation: long press the encoder to power up the module to enter the calibration interface, the first blink can be adjusted once by the encoder, after the third position short press the encoder to enter the operation interface. For example, if the measurement voltage is 220V, the calibration interface can be set to 220.
Cautions:
1. This module DIY requires some electrical knowledge, if you are a freshman, please refer to the electrical knowledge first before doing it. Pay attention to the safe use of the high voltage part when installing. When using higher frequency and power, the SCR needs an external heat sink to dissipate heat.
2. the power of the module to drive the load depends on the power of the SCR (silicon controlled transformer). the BAT41 (40A) can take one microwave transformer, the BAT100 (100A) can take two microwave transformers, the Loop transformer is recommended for 100A.
3. do not know the welding time and power of the part being soldered, it is recommended that the welding time and power be adjusted from small to large to avoid damage to the soldering pen.
Fault causes and troubleshooting methods:
1. The mains voltage does not match the actual mains voltage: re-calibrate the voltage.
2. Poor or false solder joints: adjust the soldering time and power until satisfactory results are achieved.
