This new type of humidifier features an unclosed drain at the bottom due to internal air circulation and convenience in pouring out unused water. When used, the internal ice crystal suction feet will block the drain, allowing the humidifier to function normally.
Moving or tilting, the ice crystal suction foot will shift, which can cause water leakage inside the humidifier. Therefore, it is recommended that users move the product after the water in the water tank has drained.
Leakage during bottom movement is not a quality issue, it is designed for the air circulation inside the humidifier to better disperse water molecules.
