Descriptions:
Convert 0-100% PWM digital signal into analog signal.
The input digital signal can be a 0-100% PWM signal at 3.3V or 5V or 24V levels.

PWM signal input level range:
2.The max value is 4.5V to 10V, and the jumping needle is inserted at 5V. This kind of level signal is mainly aimed at the interface of conventional industrial control card (such as MACH3 card) and 5V CPU.
The max value is 12 to 24V, and the jumping needle is inserted at 24V. This kind of level signal is mainly aimed at conventional PLC interface.
3. Analog Voltage Output Parameters. The following is illustrated by Output 0-10V Voltage:
After power-on, when there is no input signal, the output is 0V, and only when there is input can the output be achieved.
If the first power-on is required, it is better to do a calibration debugging: find a 50% duty cycle signal to connect to DIN-, DIN+, the amplitude corresponding to the corresponding jump needle. 
Frequency is recommended at 1KHZ-3KHZ. Measure the two ports of AO and GND with a multimeter. The meter is displayed at about 5.4V. The potentiometer on the adjusting board is displayed at 5.4v. This will calibrate the corresponding relationship between your pulse signal and this module. 
The resolution of this module is 0.1V. The output current capacity is 10mA. If the percentage of duty cycle is opposite to the voltage, you can check the STEP LOW and ACTIVE check box in the MACH3 software to set the pin of PWM output.

Usage method:

12 to 24 V max to max level, jumper insert 24V. This signal is mainly used in conventional PLC interface.
0-10V analog voltage output:
When the signal input port is not connected, the output port gives 0V. When the module is first powered on, we'd better calibrate it: find 50% duty cycle signal, connect to DIN-, DIN+, and match the corresponding jumper amplitude. When the frequency ranges from 1 kHz to 3 kHz, AO and GND are tested by multi-meter. 
The instrument should display about 5.4V. We adjust the potentiometer on the converter module to make the multimeter display about 5.4V. After completion, we calibrate and match the pulse signal with this converter module. The module has a 0.1V definition and an output current of 10mA. If the duty cycle is contrary to the voltage, we can choose the PWM output pin STEP LOW/ACTIVE as the MACH3 software.
