Caution:
1.TDA2030A has a load drain voltage recoil protection circuit, if the peak voltage of the power supply is 40V, then an LC filter must be inserted between pin 5 and the power supply, and the diode limits the voltage (pin 5 generates high voltage for any reason, usually the coil inductance of the speaker acts to make the voltage equal to the voltage of the power supply) to ensure that the pulse string on pin 5 is maintained within the specified amplitude.
2. Thermal protection: Thermal protection has the following advantages: it can easily withstand the overload of the output (even for a long time), or when the ambient temperature is exceeded, it plays a protective role.
3. Compared with ordinary circuits, the heatsink can have a smaller safety factor. In case the junction temperature exceeds, there will be no damage to the device, and if this happens, Po = (and of course Ptot) and Io is reduced.
4. Printed circuit board design must be better considered when the ground and output decoupling, because these lines have a large current through.
5. No insulation is required between the heatsink and the assembly, the lead length should be as short as possible, and the soldering temperature should not exceed 260°C for 12 seconds.
6. Although the TDA2030A requires few components, the components selected must be of guaranteed quality.
