The actual test frequency was observed with a precision frequency meter crystal oscillator to see what happened to the flying frequency bias of the original crystal oscillator. However, this compensated crystal oscillator did not change much and the effect was remarkable.
The accuracy of this crystal oscillator can reach 0.5PPM, which is consistent with the parameters of the original SO-3 module.
