Switch language:
The factory default Chinese interface allows for free language switching, with the following operations:
Press and hold the \'Menu\' button and turn on the computer. After the screen backlight is turned on, release the \'Menu\' button for 3 seconds. Wait for 10 seconds before turning off and restarting!
Charging and discharging duration reference:
AUTO: Battery (pre discharged) charging-defaults to approximately 1A current discharge
1704mAh-Fully charging again triggers program shutdown, taking 437 minutes and 23 seconds.
DSG (Discharge Mode): When the battery is fully charged, discharge 1681mAh using approximately 1 A current, taking 118 minutes and 55 seconds.
CHG (charging mode): During charging, capacity and energy are not measured, only time is recorded, taking 164 minutes and 51 seconds
Usage method:
Install the 18650 battery for power supply and the 18650 battery to be tested
Use a Type-C data cable to connect the Type-C power supply port to a 5V power supply. The external power supply is used to charge the battery in the CHG state. If only DSG discharge is required, it may not be connected;
Select mode, default to AUTO automatic mode;
Click the start button to start the program;
Wait for the process to end and the status indicator to stop.
Regarding power outage storage:
This product has no power outage storage function, and shutdown, restart, and switching work modes can all cause the accumulated data to be reset (as shown in the following figure).
Support testing of 21700 batteries, paired with a 21700 battery holder, can achieve DIY transformation:
Transformation method 1:
Prepare a single plug-in version of 21700 battery holder (self purchase)
Insert the 27100 battery holder upside down into the fixing hole of the test battery position, paying attention to the positive and negative poles marked on the PCB:
Welding firmly after fixation
Transformation method 2:
Test by connecting the battery to an extension cable or alligator clip (provided with the material). Internal resistance testing does not have reference value when using extended external testing.
