Scope of application:
Can be used not only for automotive air-conditioning systems:
1. with the ability to test air-conditioning, refrigeration systems, and refrigerant recovery units. The instrument reacts to all halogenated gases (including chlorine and fluorine) but is not limited to these:
CFC, e.g. R12, R11, R500, R503, etc.
HCFC, e.g. R22, R123, R124, R502, etc.
HCFC, e.g. R134a, R404a, R125, etc. It can also detect other mixtures.

Function:
Power-on reset: after the instrument is switched on, the circuit can be automatically adjusted within 6 seconds to ignore the existing probe. The refrigerant concentration level is in the detection state. If the user turns the unit on next to the source of the leak, look for the source with the higher concentration of the leak. The instrument can also be moved to clean air and switched on for adjustment. Adjust to the highest sensitivity, at which point leaks above the zero concentration level can be detected.
Automatic tracking circuit: When the instrument is in the detection state, the automatic circuit will track the changes in the concentration of halogen elemental gases in the environment to prevent false alarms.
Sensitivity Adjustment: The product has a stepless sensitivity adjustment function, which can be adjusted at any time during the detection process.
Leakage Alarm: When gas leakage is detected, the \"drip\" sound will become more urgent. The more the gas leaks, the more rapid the sound will be. At the same time, the indicator light flashes rapidly.
Simple operating instructions:
1. Install 4 AAA batteries (not included).
2.Turn the knob clockwise to switch on the Leak Detector, after 6 seconds it will enter standby mode and start beeping regularly. Then you can start detecting leaks.
3. The detector will emit a regular, low frequency beep when switched on. If a leak is detected, it will beep at a higher frequency. (2 beeps per second when the detector is switched on and 10 beeps per second when a leak is detected)
4. The sensitivity increases from 1 to 7 in sequence.
5. The Freon Leak Detector is designed with a corona sensor, so the probe should be very close to the gas leak area.
